On 22 June 2018, Asia Centre will celebrate its third anniversary. Dubbed Nite for Rights, the evening will recognise human rights advocacy and activism in the region.
On the occasion, the Centre will launch its new publication The Universal Periodic Review of Southeast Asia: Civil Society Perspectives, as well as announce plans for a new Asia Centre presence in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
We invite activists, members of civil society and international organisations as well as academia, researchers, writers and students interested in human rights in in the region.
The evening will be an opportunity for friends and supporters to gather around light refreshments and beverages, as well as discuss human rights developments in the region and learn more about Asia Centre’s plans for the coming year.
Entry is by donation of 150 baht.
